By downloading, installing, or using the MoleMap application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
MoleMap is a skin health monitoring application that uses AI-powered analysis to help users track and monitor moles and skin lesions. The App provides tools for photographing, tracking changes, and receiving AI-generated risk assessments.
MoleMap is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical diagnoses. The AI analysis provided by the App is for informational and educational purposes only. It should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for any concerns about your skin health.
MoleMap offers the following subscription plans:
* "Unlimited" is subject to a fair use policy of up to 1,500 analyses and comparisons per year.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the active subscription period.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that period ends.
We do not provide prorated refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@merced.ro and include the email address used for your account together with the relevant payment details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by MoleMap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoleMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages related to health decisions made based on the App's analysis.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
